Exchanges: We offer a 7-day replacement policy, giving you a week from receiving your item to request a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send back your package. Please note that we won’t accept items returned to us without prior replacement authorization. Customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with reverse pick-up and delivery of the replacement.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours. This allows us to address the issue promptly. Please note that ‘damage’ does not encompass any concerns regarding the style or design of the product purchased.

Exceptions/Non-Replacable Items: Certain items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or customized items), cannot be replaced or cancelled. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

The Fastest Exchange Process: To expedite the process and ensure you receive the item you desire, return the original item. Once the return is processed and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Orders Outside India: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or replacements for orders outside India.

Cancellations: Triani Decor reserves the right to determine whether a cancellation can be granted. Orders (excluding special/customized orders) can only be cancelled before shipment dispatch. Once dispatched, the courier company will attempt delivery thrice. If unsuccessful, the merchandise will be returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders, we can initiate an exchange, issue a store credit, or provide a refund. This process typically takes up to 15 working days. However, please note that the refund or store credit will be issued after deducting the shipping charge determined by Triani Decor LLP.

Refunds: Refund will be issued only in case we have dispatched wrong or defected product. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
